K: Her name is María Isabel Granda Larco, she is from Apurímac, a Peruvian
singer and composer, an emblematic character of our Creole music. Chabuca
Granda moved to Lima with her family when she was still a child and studied
there.

sensitivity, Chabuca Granda composed more than a hundred songs, based on
folklore and the country's history.
