Copy of the application form is annexed herewith, That due to the pendency of the proceedings. the passport authority will not renew the passport of the applicant and the passport is a publie documents to prove the citizenship of the country and it is a very essential documents to go abroad for earning his livelihood/ pleasure. That the pendency of the criminal proceedings and other legal proceedings cannot be hitch and hinder in respect of renewal of the passport of the applicant and the applicant cannot be deprived of his statutory right to get renew the passport from the passport authority. That the Regional Passport Authority without the directions, instructions and order of this Hon'ble Court will not renew the passport at any court so kind intervention of this Hon'ble Court is materially and essentially needed to renew the passport That the applicant undertakes not leave the country without prior pemnission of this Hon'ble Court./ The applicant already have obtained permission to travel abroad by court, That the applicant has obtained permissions from and court, for the same purpose, which are annexed herewith’ The applicant is also seeking similar permissions from the other courts, where it is required, That the applicant has no other warrant of production, warrant of sentence pending in any court of India.13.
