 Please find the attached nomination paper and guidelines to fill it.
1. The nomination form must be completely filled.
2. It should reach to the Nomination Committee Chairman JFM Hitesh Giriya on or
before 29th October 2020 before 03:00 PM by the candidate themselves.
3. It is mandatory for all contestants to attend the Candidate’s Training School (CTS) on
01.11.2020 which shall be followed by the Interviews on the same day.
4. Elections will be held on Sunday Morning of the 8th of November 2020.
 Rules & Regulations:

A. Eligibility Criteria:

#. For Director:

1. Candidates applying for the post of Director should have been a member for minimum
one (1) year. Only an EPS Graduate or a member who has taken one project as Project
Director is eligible for applying for the post of Director. A member who has been a director
twice is ineligible to apply for the same.

#. For Executive:

1. Candidates applying for the Executive's Post (Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary)
should have been a Director for at least one term. A member who has been an elected
executive for three years is ineligible to apply for the same.

2. JCRT Chairperson and JCRT Secretary if she is an active Jaycee for 2 consecutive years shall
be deemed to have completed the term of director on the leadership Ladder.

#. For President:

1. Candidates applying for the post of President should have been an elected Executive (Vice
president, Secretary, Treasurer) at-least once to be able to contest.

NOTE :

1. The fees of the year 2021 should be paid by Cheque/DD only in favor of "JCI Bangalore
Garden City" along with the nomination form @Rs.22000 incl. GST for Family Members &
Rs.11000 for Individual Members as per the Membership Fee of 2020 which is subject to
change as per the new team. Please Note: Applications without Cheque & PAN card copy will
be rejected. The candidate should have no dues outstanding to the LOM. Photocopy of ID
proof with DOB & Address should be mandatorily enclosed with the nomination form.
2. One active member between the age group of 18-40 years can propose only 1 or second
only 1 candidate for the post of Director or Vice-President. He can either propose or second
only one candidate for the post of Secretary or Treasurer or President.
( For Clarification – Overall a member can propose only once & Second Only Once.)
Members between the ages of 18 to 40 years are only eligible to contest for election and /or
cast their vote. (Anyone born on and after 1st Jan 1981 can apply)
3. Candidates can apply for a maximum of two posts in the Nomination paper & has to
withdraw from any one post at the time of withdrawal announcement on or before the
Election Day.

4. Presence for CTS, Interviews and Elections is Compulsory, if absent, letter of absence
with the valid reason should be submitted by the candidate before that Particular Meet. It
will be at the discretion of Nomination Committee to accept or reject the letter of absence.
