 ● The role of the president and Chief Justice, No of
districts in Karnataka, Annual Amount fixed by
Karnataka Government for the ceiling for legal aid
13-09-2023 Research Work We researched on the: Rules and Regulations of the 10:30am - 11:30 am 1hr
KSLSA and also researched on PIL.
14-09-2023 High Court- Then we headed over to the High Court- Administrative 11:30 am - 5:00 pm 5.5 hrs
Administrative block. block, specifically the Review and Statistics Department
for categorizing the number of the pending cases of
undertrials in Bangalore Rural and Urban and comparing
it with the data given by NDJC
15-09-2023 High Court- We again went to research and then worked with the High 10:30 am -2:30 pm 4 hrs
Administrative block. Court Administrative Block- With the Review and
Statistics Department to coordinate the data regarding the
Undertrials prisoners from NDJC. This time we compared
the data given on the number of prisoners and
discrepancies regarding the same.
