ADDENDUM TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DIGIPAY

WHEREAS, DIGIPAY and the Agent signed the Terms and Conditions for Digipay (“Terms and Conditions”).

WHEREAS, DIGIPAY offers DigiPadala, a product that allows sending and receiving money between DIGIPAY Agents
within the Philippines.

WHEREAS, the Agent has requested to offer DigiPadala to customers as an additional Service under the Terms and
Conditions.

WHEREFORE, DIGIPAY is willing to grant the Agent’s request upon the terms and conditions set forth in this
Addendum.

Terms used in this Addendum shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the Terms and Conditions.

I. In addition to the Agent’s responsibilities in Section II of the Terms and Conditions, the Agent
undertakes as follows:

a. For each transaction, to verify the customers’ identity and documentation strictly in accordance
with Know‐Your‐Customer requirements and processes, in compliance with Republic Act No.
9160 or the Anti‐Money Laundering Act of 2001 (“AMLA”), as amended, and its Implementing
Rules and Regulations;

b. For each transaction, to enter accurate and complete data pertaining to the customers in the
Digipay Platform; ad

c. To strictly implement the transactions fees and collection processes prescribed by DIGIPAY in
connection with DigiPadala.
