In which country would you like to live and why

Each of us is looking for his own place on earth. People emigrate because of work or they travel
around the world to spend vacations. They want to find something new, different from everyday life.
If I had to choose one country where I could stay and live, it would be Spain.

My love for Spain was born when I was a teenager. I started watching soap operas on TV. I really
liked the actors' language as well as their way of being. I promised myself that someday I would go
on a trip there. A few years ago, my friend and I went to Barcelona. We were welcomed by the
beautiful sky, palm trees and clear and warm sea. I noticed that in Spain people are in no rush. They
have time for everything. They work hard, but also with a smile on their face. They find time for an
afternoon siesta and in the evening they go out with friends and family to chat, have a drink. All of
this is of course possible due to the beautiful weather all year round. People are open, smiling, do
not look for problems, respect their health and always have time to rest. Food is always fresh and
delicious.

I love traveling and getting to know new customs and countries. Spain will always have a special
place in my heart. I think it would be a place where I could live. Maybe my New Year's resolution
should be a Spanish language course.
