CALCULATING THE MISSING ANGLES OF THE POLYGONS.

Example: 4y+1750+1200+1100+1150+1300+y+700= 9000

Find the value of y in the figure below. 4y+y+1750+1200+1100+1150+1300+700 = 9000
5y + 7200 = 9000
Int.<sum=1800(n – 2)
5y + 720 – 7200 = 9000 – 7200
0
=1800(7 – 2) 1
5y = 1800 36
=1800 x 5 5 1 51
= 9000 y = 360
