ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

➢ Researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs
➢ Testing and evaluating new programs
➢ Writing and implementing efficient code
➢ Developing quality assurance procedures
➢ Deploying software tools, processes, and metrics
➢ Maintaining and upgrading existing systems
➢ Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

➢ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Software Programming
and Development.
➢ Previous knowledge of application and software development by doing hands on during
internship or Projects.
➢ Proficient in MYSQL, JavaScript, Native, and Visual Force.
➢ Excellent working knowledge in Object Oriented programming like Java, C++.

ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS

➢ Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues.
➢ Ability to manage project independently.
➢ Good communication skills – both written and verbal
➢ Attention to detail and desire to probe further into data
➢ Able to handle data management inclusive of data load, data translation, data hygiene, data
migration and integration.
➢ Able to translate the customer requirements and gap/fit analysis in to comprehensible
functional configuration of Salesforce.com.
➢ Awareness of the changing Cloud ecosystem and adjust to new technologies, methods and
apps
