I translated + made some aesthetic and functional changes to the sheet for usability.

Term Effect description
Burn At the end of the round, damage to HP by the number of Burns, and then reduce Burns by
Bleed During an action/reaction, take damage equal to Bleed, and then reduce Bleed by half.
Paralysis Receive a Disadvantage on rolls for every Paralysis.
