    Once I was suffering from asthma when I was very little, one day
    I had a very strong case that I could hardly breathe and I was very
    agitated. After going to the doctor, my grandmother prepared a
    remedy that she knows and told my mother that I should take it
    completely.

    At first, I didn't pay attention to it, but after I started it I got used
    to it and I must tell you that I started to feel better about myself.
    My grandfather told me to pay attention to what the doctor tells
    me to heal quickly. Now no more walking without polo in the
    house. He should not go without polo or eating ice cream for a
    long time until his health stabilizes.

    That is why they should take care of themselves, no matter how


    well their health is, they should go to the doctor first, then each
    person seeks their own health.
