MORALES 4AR-2

1. What is project?
Building, remodeling, refurbishing, retrofitting, or adapting a structure or any
built asset, such as a tunnel or bridge, is referred to as a project.

2. Why should I learn about Project Management?

Since I work in the construction sector, I am aware of how crucial project
management is to businesses. When done correctly, it improves the efficiency
of every part of the firm. It makes it possible for your team to concentrate on
crucial work without becoming sidetracked by unmanageable assignments or
finances.

3. What is the ROLE of a Project Manager?

The project manager is the person responsible for seeing that the project is
completed. The person is in charge of supervising and managing the project
team with the approval and accountability of the General Contractor.

4. What are the PROJECT MANAGER’S COMPETENCY?

A capable project manager is essential to a project's success. A skilled project
manager is aware of how to oversee daily operations while addressing
problems as they occur, drive the creation of a good project strategy, and
construct a strong project plan. As a result, a project manager should possess
traits including leadership, communication, decision-making, execution,
technical knowledge, and critical thinking. These are the core competencies
that, in my opinion, are required for a project manager to be effective and, as a
result, for complicated projects to be successfully completed..

5. What are the minimum duties of the Project Manager? Planning and project
Management conforming to defined reporting structures while applying any
delegation and project assurance obligations. Manage project risks, which
includes developing backup plans, by building project stage and exception
plans as needed.

6. Code of Ethics for Project Manager

The international project management community identified accountability,
respect, honesty, and fairness as the four principles that were most important.
The cornerstone of this code is comprised of these four tenets. Each component
of the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct contains both optional and
necessary requirements.
