Q.1: Show the steps of following.

i. Remove the software package for Mozilla Firefox and try to access Internet. Reinstall it again and try to access
Internet. [5 marks]

ii. Write a shell script (using any editor) to create a directory ‘ABC’ in your area and copy the contents of /etc
in ‘ABC’ directory. [10 marks]

iii. Traceroute to www.google.com and find out the round-trip time to reach google server. [5 marks]

iv. Create two users guest1 and guest2. guest1 should have his home directory in /users/guest1 and guest2
should have home directory in /home/guest2. [10 marks]
