Subject:- About organizing a poster competition under Unnat Bharat Abhiyan on “Smart Village
Technologies for Rural Sector”

Respected Sir,

We under Unnat Bharat Abhiyan wish to organize a poster competition on “Smart Village Technologies
for Rural Sector” for all students of the institute.

This competition will give an insight to all participating students on smart technologies applicable for
Rural Development.

The details of this competition is as follows

Date of Competition:- November 1, 2023

Time:- 2 to 4 PM

Prize money:- 1st Prize:- Rs. 1500, 2nd Prize:- Rs. 1000/-

3rd Prize:- Rs. 500/-

Two experts are required to be called from VNIT for evaluation process.

Remuneration to expert:- Rs. 4000/-

Total Expenses:-Rs. 6000/-

Participation Fees:- Rs. 50/- per poster

Maximum 2 members will be allowed for one poster
