A Grass and any other plant materials will be supplied by the Landscape Contractor.
The costs herein are INCLUSIVE of 6Month maintenance upon completion of the Soft Landscape
B works.
All plantings and soft Landscape material shall be supplied by the Landscape Contractor to the
specifications (with respect to species and heights) from identified nurseries for approval prior to
C planting.
