Banudra's Cognitive Social Learning Theory has the most resonance with me. It focuses on
cognitive processes. This method addresses both cognitive and neurobiological factors in
understanding how children learn and learn to behave. According to the Psychology Degree
Guide, modelling is a simple method to grasp. Children encodes the behaviours of important
persons in their lives, particularly their parents. Bandura's approach is founded on classical
and operant conditioning principles. He implies that a youngster will mimic the actions of
their model, whether the incentive is favourable or bad. He also argued that human
underlying motivations, as well as our current mental state, impact our ability to learn and
how we act. The second hypothesis that appeals to me is Piaget's cognitive-development
theory. It indicates that youngsters have distinct thought processes than adults. The
schemes get increasingly complicated as a kid grows, and they are a structured pattern of
thinking or behaviour that a youngster utilizes to make sense of his or her experiences. As a
result, one's perception of the world evolves with age.
