Dear Sir,

DIRECT CRIMINAL COMPLAINT OF CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION,

CRIMINAL ASSAULT, THREAT TO LIFE, AND ATTEMPTED MURDER
CONTRARY TO SECTIONS 397, 268 AND 326 OF THE PENAL CODE
LAW AGAINST ONE BOLAJI AYODEJI.

I, HAUWWA MUHYIDEEN ADEREMI of Gambari Area, llorin, Kwara

state, hereby forward this Criminal Complaint against the defendant as

follows:

That sometimes in October 2022, at Gambari Area, llorin, the defendant

laid ambush on me, slapped me, causing me to lose an ear of my gold

earing pair worth the sum of N129, 000.00 as of time I purchased it and

equally pushed me to the ground. If not for the quick intervention of

passersby, he was boasting of his readiness to waste my life, confident in

the knowledge that nothing will happen even if he succeeded in killing

me.

That after I was rescued from him, I was quickly rushed to the hospital for

treatment, where necessary tests were carried out on me and my fetus

(because I was, and still am), an heavily pregnant woman at the time.

Upon leaving the hospital, I immediately went to the Nigerian Security

and Civil Defence Corps headquarter in llorin for complaint against the

defendant.
