 Maintenance Intervals

Service Intervals
Every 10 Hours or Daily
• Clean air cleaner dust unloader valve • Check transmission oil level
• Check coolant level in surge tank • Drain water from primary fuel filter and water separator
• Check engine oil level • Drain water from auxiliary fuel filter and water separator (if equipped)
• Check hydraulic system oil level • Inspect tires and check pressure
Initial Service—100 Hoursa
• Drain and refill transmission oil and replace filter
Every 100 Hours
• Lubricate loader linkage and cylinder pivots • Lubricate front and rear steering cylinder pivots
• Lubricate driveline sliding joints and U-joints
Every 250 Hours
• Take engine oil sample
Every 500 Hours
• Check air intake hoses and charge air cooler tube couplings • Lubricate oscillating rear axle
• Drain and refill engine oil and replace filter • Replace in-line fuel filter (if equipped)
• Check front and rear axle oil level • Replace primary fuel filter
• Replace final fuel filter • Replace auxiliary fuel filter (if equipped)
• Drain fuel tank water and sediment • Take fluid samples
• Replace hydraulic oil filter • Inspect external service brake
Every 1000 Hours
• Replace air cleaner dust unloader valve • Lubricate frame hinge pivots
• Replace engine air cleaner elements • Inspect and adjust park brake
• Clean engine crankcase vent tube • Drain and refill transmission oil and replace filter
• Check coolant
Every 2000 Hours
• Check and adjust engine valve lash (clearance) • Air conditioning system service (if equipped)
• Drain and refill front and rear axle oil • Replace hydraulic tank filler cap
• Replace fuel tank filler cap
Every 4000 Hours
• Replace crankshaft damper • Drain, flush, and refill hydraulic system oil
Every 6000 Hours
• Drain and refill engine cooling system
