This data entry task aims

to gather public information for a diligence process undertaken by a Venture Capital firm located in New
York City, New York. We are always looking to hire individuals who demonstrate a high attention to detail
and efficient work ethic for short-term projects such as this.

Instructions

The job is to list and categorize information for all products at active legal cannabis dispensaries in NYC.

 All 25 stores and websites: https://cannabis.ny.gov/dispensary-location-verification (note there

are two pages). On each website, you will find a list of products for sale. The task is to create a
comprehensive list of all products for 3 select stores (provided to you via UpWork) with the
following information listed for each product.
 The information required is as follows:
o Store Name
o Brand
o Product Format
 Please note that there is a list of acceptable product formats, please do not stray
outside of these (list in every cell of Column D)
o Strain / Flavor Name
 Please do not include the full name of the product, which may include the
brand. Note that the brand is listed in Column C – there should be no brand
information in column E
o Size (g)
 For vaporizers, this can be listed as the total listed fill size (0.5g, 1.0g, etc.)
o THC Potency % (if available)
o CBD Potency % (if available)
o THC Content (mg) (if available)
o CBD Content (mg) (if available)
o Price / Unit
 Please refer to the example, in Rows 6 to 577 of the “Adult Use Brands – Category.xlsx” (provided
on UpWork) for expectation. I have completed the list for Union Square Travel Agency, and
partially completed the list for Housing Works
o The best way to complete the list, if manually, is to filter the products by category on the
website alphabetically and then transfer this to Excel. In the screenshot below, notice
how I have selected “Flower” and “Alphabetical” (see Appendix I)

Contract & Payment

 Budget: $[50]USD
o Base: $10USD upon completion of Website #1, $12USD upon completion of Website #2,
$15USD upon completion of Website #3
o Performance: $13USD if
 (1) All products are captured (none missing)
 (2) Information is correctly entered (Brand Names should not include Strain
Names, vice versa, grams and potency are accurate...)
  (3) Information is presented in a manner consistent with the provided example
 (4) Candidate communicates deadlines and updates in a timely manner
 We are pleased to provide competitive rates and are open to negotiate an hourly / fixed rate
within the budget if the task is completed in a structured and efficient manner to a high degree
of accuracy, as determined by the hiring manager
