MEET ME
Hi there!

My name is John Agbo.

I want to show you how to raise money quickly whenever you

need it without borrowing or begging anyone for it.

Do you want to raise money quickly for your house rent,

children’s school fee, wedding, vacation etc?

The Cash On Demand Workbook will show you a fail proof

strategy to raise money and fund any of your projects without
borrowing or begging anyone for money.

Going through this workbook alone is not just enough, make

sure you also carry out every task and take action if you want
to get the results.

2
INTRODUCTION

Since 2020, I have never walked up to anyone and asked

them to lend me a kobo.

I have never walked up to anyone and asked them to help

me with money to sort out my bills.

The reason is that I discovered a proven strategy to raise

money quickly to fund any of my projects or buy anything I
wanted without borrowing or begging anyone.

The strategy I have discovered and also use to make

money on demand is what I have put together in this
workbook.

But I must be honest with you here, I do not promise you

any magic wand you can wave and have money fall on
your laps.

Here is what I guarantee, if you follow everything I will be

showing you in this workbook and you put in the work, you
will be able to raise money quickly to fund any of your
projects or buy whatever you want whenever you want.

3
Whether you want to raise N100K, N500K, N1M, N5M or
more, this strategy if put to use can give you the amount
you want.

The only limitation to how much you can make with the
information in this workbook is your creativity and your
commitment.

If you are ready to make this money, let’s get started.

4
SET YOUR INCOME GOAL

If you want to raise money quickly, you need to first decide on

exactly how much you want to raise.

You need to set an income goal of how much you want to

make and when you want to make that amount.

When you set a goal of exactly how much you want to make,
the possibility of making that money becomes easier.

TASK

How much do you want to make?

Why do you want to make this amount?

5
How will this money help you? Explain how you are going to
spend the money.

When do you want to make this money?

What will happen when you are able to make this money?

What will happen if you’re not able to make this money?

How committed and willing are you to make this money, on a

scale of 1 - 10, with 10 being the highest.

6
FIND WHO HAS YOUR MONEY

The money you’re looking for is in the pocket and bank account
of people, the only way to access it is to solve a problem for
them.

You see, the only reason why someone who is not your friend
and is not related to you in any way will give you their money is
when you’re able to solve a problem for them.

The only three legitimate ways to raise money quickly

whenever you want it is to borrow it, beg for it or sell something
to people.

My goal with this workbook is to show you how to raise money

quickly without borrowing or begging for it.

If you want to raise money quickly, you need to identify a

specific group of people with a specific problem looking for a
specific solution.

The way to solve people’s problems is by selling them a

product or a service.

This product could be a digital product or a physical product.

However, we are going to be focusing on digital products as a
means to raise money quickly.

7
One of the best things that God has done for man is allowing
problems to remain in our midst. If there is no problem, there
won’t be an opportunity to make money.

So it is right to say wherever there is a problem, there is an

opportunity to make money.

You can't make money if you're not solving a problem because

that is how everyone makes money legitimately.

MTN makes money by solving the problem of communication.

Uber makes money by solving the problem of transportation.

AirBnB makes money by solving the problem of

accommodation.

Farmers make money by solving the problem of food.

Even Dangote is solving the problem of basic needs.

People will always reward you with money when you're able to
solve a problem for them.

The reason you bought this workbook from me is because I am

meant to solve a money problem for you. If I had come to beg
you for the money you paid to get this workbook, I am sure you
wouldn’t have given it to me.

However, because you knew I was going to solve a problem for

you, you willingly gave me your money happily.

Those people who have your money are your target audience
and they have problems that need to be solved.

8
They have a need that needs to be met.

When you're able to meet their needs and solve their problems,
that is when they can bring out their money and hand it over to
you.

TASK

Who has your money? Define your target audience.

What problems do they have?

What aspects of their lives does this problem affect? Their

finance, health, marriage, family, business, relationship?

9
Are they willing and able to pay money in order to get this
problem solved?

Do you have the capacity to solve this problem for them in a

well laid out step by step guide?

Can you package the solution to this problem into a digital

product for these people?

10
IDENTIFY YOUR PROFITABLE IDEA

Your idea is what you will package together in a digital format

and sell it to those people as a solution to their problems.

It is not just enough to have an idea, that idea must be solving

the problem your target audience is struggling with.

You need to dig deeper and uncover that idea you have that
you can package together as a digital product and sell to
those people who have your money.

Let’s look at different ways to identify your profitable idea.

Your Knowledge: This is something you know that a lot of

people do not know.

It could be knowledge that you possess that can be of benefit

to other people.

It could also be knowledge that you possess to a higher degree

than others.

Your Skills: This is something that you have learned how to do

by practice.

11
Your Experiences: There is something you have been through
and someone else is currently going through now and still
looking for a way on how to overcome that challenge.

Once you know your target audience, you need to figure out
the transformation your experience offers them. Your
experience should walk them through on how to achieve the
result that they desire.

Your Expertise: Your expertise is simply something you have

been doing over time and mastered it so well.

This is an advanced level of knowledge that you possess due to

mastery and depth , which makes you a specialist in that field.

TASK

What knowledge do I possess that can solve the problem of my

target audience?

What skill do I possess that can solve the problem of my target

audience?

12
What experiences do I have that can solve the problem of my
target audience?

What expertise do I possess that can solve the problem for my

target audience?

13
CREATE YOUR DIGITAL PRODUCT

So far, you have been able to:

Set your income goal.

Find who has your money.
Identify your profitable skill.

Now that you have covered the above, it is now time to create
a hot digital product from your profitable idea.

The reason why you’re creating your product is because your

product is meant to provide a solution to the problem of your
target audience.

Remember, I said the only reason why someone who is not your
friend and who is not related to you in any way will give you
their money is when you are able to solve a problem for them.

The best way to solve a problem for people is by packaging the

solution to that problem in a digital consumable format.

14
TASK

What is your hot digital product idea?

Why did you choose this idea?

Can you confidently teach very well on this idea?

What format will you create your digital product? It could be an

ebook, online course, online training, workbook, planner, etc.

How long will it take you to create this digital product?

15
Write down everything you want to teach in your digital
product. Do the mind dumb here.

Create your digital product outline from the mind dump. Put
similar things together in the right sequence to ensure there is
a flow that leads your audience from where they are to where
they want to be.

What is the one big transformation your audience will

experience after going through your digital product?

List the tools you will need to create your digital product.

16
DO THE MATHS

Money is a game of numbers. If you want to make money, you

must get good at knowing your numbers.

For the sake of clarity, we are going to be using N1,000,000 as

the income goal you’ve set in module 1.

Right now, you need to know how many copies of your digital
product you have to sell in order to make N1,000,000.

So how can you hit your income goal of N1,000,000?

Sell a N2,000 product to 500 people = N1,000,000.

Sell a N5,000 product to 200 people = N1,000,000.

Sell a N10,000 product to 100 people = N1,000,000.

Sell a N20,000 product to 50 people = N1,000,000

Sell a N50,000 product to 20 people = N1,000,000.

Sell a N100,000 product to 10 people = N1,000,000.

Now, this is just an example. It is not compulsory to calculate

your numbers like this.

17
The price of your product will depend on the size of your
audience as well as their purchasing power.

So for you, it could be that your audience can buy a higher

priced product because they have the money to spend to get
the result they want.

On the other hand, it could be that your audience only has the
financial capacity to buy low ticket digital products.

What I advise you to do is to price your product based on the

purchasing power of your audience and the strength of your
brand.

TASK

How much do you want to make? Rewrite it again for the sake
of emphasis.

When do you want to make this amount? Rewrite it again for

the sake of emphasis.

18
How much is the price of your digital product?

What is your overall sales target to hit your income goal?

How many copies do you need to sell each day to hit your
income goal within the time frame you’ve set?

19
HOST AND DELIVER YOUR PRODUCT

When you create your digital product, you need to host it on a

platform where people can easily access it once they make
payment for your product.

TASK

Which platform will you host your digital product?

Is this platform free or paid?

Can people easily access your digital product on this platform

without any issues?

20
SELL YOUR DIGITAL PRODUCT

All money is being made by someone selling something to

someone else.

Now that your digital product is ready, you need to go all in and
sell your digital product to those people who need it in order to
raise the amount of money you want.

The reason is that, no matter how good your product is, if you
don’t show up to market and sell it, no one is going to pay you
for it.

Before you start publicity for the sales of your digital product,
decide on how you are going to be receiving payments for your
digital product.

If you are going to receive payments online, ensure you test

and confirm that the payment link is working correctly before
you start publicity for your digital product.

You need to decide if you are also going to be receiving

payments via bank transfer. Some people prefer to make
payments via bank transfer. So make sure you get the account
details ready.

21
TASK

Will you be running paid ads to sell your digital product?

What platforms will you be running the paid ads? Whatsapp Tv,
YouTube, Instagram, Google Facebook, etc.

Will you be recruiting affiliates to promote your digital product?

How will you receive payments for your digital product?

For those who will pay via bank transfer, how will you give them
access to the digital product?

22
REVIEW
