Axonius CONS
Query building is complex. You absolutely need professional services
from Axonius to help you along the way. This is part of the package
which is much needed.
I am being using it as an end-user to view asset details integrated with
the system. on that front the GUI provides basic functionalities. Though I
will not call it great. API integration with other tools has compatibility
issues.
Raw view. Integration with our SOAR stops after every upgrade.
The user GUI is modern. You can create your own metrics for a query.
Currently there is no way to organize the metric cards as they are sorted
on order of creation.
lack of if - else - then query capabilities
Need to work more on presenting better graphs and visibility
The UI of the Axonius is something which can be improved.
I dislike that sometimes the connecters don’t sync up properly and there
is more than one asset overlaid one entry
Since it is pulling information from other systems it is not always up to
date, after changes are made it can take a day or two for the results to
flow in.
No way to organize metric cards
Need to have better graphs and visibility
Pricing could have been better
Gui is not much attractive, less options for visibility like graph,
The agent software could be better to install. the os identify technology
could be better. it is not 100% accurate
Some glitches in queries. Reporting to be improved.
The ability to push updates/software could be stronger, for example,
having a more robust hook into Automox to remediate out of date
agents/software. Reporting could be a bit stronger.
