Swap Free Accounts enable clients to hold positions for any
period of time whilst avoiding any swap charges. Account holder(s) name(s)

GBPCAD, EURGBP, CHFJPY, EURCHF, EURJPY, NZDUSD,

AUDUSD, AUDNZD, USDCAD, GBPJPY, CADJPY, CADCHF,
GBPCHF, XAGUSD, XAUUSD

Hantec Markets Limited does not allow Swap Free Accounts

to be used for carry trades or arbitrage, or any trading strategy Date
taking advantage of interest rate differences between currencies.
With regards to abuse or suspicion of abuse, Hantec Markets
Limited reserves the right at any time to choose to force close Account Holder(s) signature(s)
all open positions and cancel the swap free trading conditions,
as well as retrospectively charge swaps at its discretion,
at any time.

Swap Free Account Terms & Conditions

• Clients opening a Swap Free Accounts must be of Islamic faith.

• Hantec Markets Limited may, at its sole discretion, close all

open positions and remove the conditions under a Swap Free
Account in the case of abuse, or suspicion of abuse which may
include carry trades or arbitrage, or any trading strategy taking
advantage of interest rate differences between currencies. Swap Free Account

• Hantec Markets Limited reserves the right, without warning, to I hereby confirm that I am of Islamic faith and request to be

• Clients trading under the conditions of a Swap Free Account

are able to hold positions for an unrestricted length of time
without incurring swap charges. However, should the positions
be held for longer than one week, a holding fee of 10 USD
(or equivalent) per lot on FX and 20 USD (or equivalent) per
lot on XAUUSD and XAGUSD per day will be charged. Swap
