documentation with Smart Securities & Commodities LTD. Our Relationship with Smart Securities & Commodities
LTD is that of Introducing Broker.

be opened by them after approval from their compliance department. Trading in the account may commence only
after Smart Securities & Commodities LTD conveys their acceptance and a Trading account is opened.

Margin and brokerage commission shall be applicable as specified in Smart Securities & Commodities LTD
rate schedule. Trading in the account may commence only after Smart Securities & Commodities LTD conveys
their acceptance and a Trading account is opened.

Once you receive MT5 login credentials, you may transfer your funds directly to Smart Securities & Commodities
LTD. All funds should be paid from a bank account held in the name of the account holder or using different
payment gateways available on SMART website via credit card.

We will like to draw your specific attention to the below

Smart Foreign Market and any of its employees are not authorized to receive or manage Client funds or Monies
whatsoever, therefore we advise you to:

• Never hand over cash to any employee of Smart Foreign Market.

• Never make a Bank Transfer to or write a cheque payable in the name of Smart ForeignMarket
• Never reveal your Trading account user ID and password to any employee of Smart Foreign Market.
• Never enter into any agreement with any employee of Smart Foreign Market which may directly or
indirectly have the effect of managing your account.

Please note that Smart Foreign Market will not be held responsible in any manner whatsoever, for any action
by you in contravention of above advise.
