2. As approved by the Competent Authority, PST/DV/DME/RME

3. The Sector IsG will ensure to detail One DIG as

Supervisory/Appellate authority and Board of Officers at concerned
recruitment centres for subject PST/DV of the candidates who qualify Skill
Test. The constitution of Board of Officers shall be as under:
 A Presiding Officers : Commandant
B Member-I : Deputy Commandant
C Member-II : Asstt. Commandant (Min)
D Co-Opted Member

3.1 A pool of officers may be kept reserve for exigencies.

3.2 Co-Opted female Member will be detailed wherever female
candidates are appearing for test.
3.3 If female officer is not available, then Sub-ordinate female officer
not below the rank of Sub-Inspector may be detailed.
3.4 One co-opted member each from SC/ST, OBC and minority
category/ community may be detailed, if not detailed in main
board.
3.5 The Executive Board (PST/DV/DME/RME) shall report at the
venue at-least one day in advance before commencement of Test.
3.6 The Board will not do biometric test as this would have been
done before the skill test. All the candidates who qualify the skill
test will be straightway directed to BOO for PST and DV same
day.

4. The candidates who qualify PST & DV will be sent for

DME/RME on the following day. The Medical Board for DME/RME will be
constituted by Director (Medical) Dte and will be functional from
05/12/2023 to 17/12/2023 for candidates of HC(Min) and ASI(Steno) from
19/12/2023 to 28/12/2023 depending on the candidates., this board may
be for a shorter duration. This is required as the vacancies are to be filled in
by the target date i.e. 31/12/2023 and OOA to be issued in Jan’2024.

5. Director (Medical) Dte. to constitute 2 RME Boards for CH MZR

and 3 RME Boards for CH PRYJ and one each RME Board for all other
centre as mentioned in Para 2(c)(a).

6. All designated GCs/Units to ensure to make all necessary

arrangements for smooth conduct of PST/DV/DME/RME together with Skill
Test accordingly.
7. This issues with the approval of DG, CRPF.
