Notes
Store the archive extract files in your project folder, if asked by CODESYS during open visualization
archive. PC-Images: 01=PLC Dongle Version, 02=HMI Dongle Version
Visu does not work on PLC runtime, running on intel Atom driven machines!
For updating an existing project, the files “CODESYSControl.cfg” and “CoDeSysHMI.cfg” in the path
„C:\NoriVis4\PlcLogic“ at the project PC(s) has to be replaced with the new files!
Group alarm output channels must not be included in any horn or optical acknowledgements
(configuration worksheet “group assign.”), because it will be enforced by the group channels!
The Modbus request “timeout” in the configuration worksheet “Modbus assign.” has to be set to a
value > as for entry “BusTout” in worksheet “Modbus”  normally: “timeout” = “BusTout”+2s!
Clear EEPROM of COMxs after Firmware installation! Read NAR-KD-90039-1!

The PC visualization stored as an archive to bind all used libraries correctly. If asked by CODESYS,
store the archive extract files in your project folder.

For updating an existing project, the files "CODESYSControl.cfg" and “CoDeSysHMI.cfg” in the path
(configuration work sheet “group assignm.”). The group alarm acknowledgement will be
automatically enforced by the group channels!

NORISYS 4 PLC and COMxs requires software updates!

Group alarm output channels must not be included in any horn or optical
acknowledgements (configuration work sheet “group assignm.”). The group alarm
acknowledgement will be automatically enforced by the group channels!
The Modbus request “timeout” in the configuration worksheet “Modbus assignm.” has
to be set even higher than the bus timeout, worksheet “Modbus”, entry “BusTout” 
normally “timeout” = “BusTout”+2s!

AES
If any engine control room station is set to ON-DUTY, the bridge will indicate its alarms
silent in addition to the acoustically indication of bridge alarms. If an engine control room
station is set to OFF-DUTY, the bridge will take over acoustic and optical alarming.
Integration of special harbor mode to silent all duty repeaters exempt the bridge which
indicates its alarms only. In the user PLC use the following code line to activate the
mode: "AES_I_bHarbourMode := TRUE".
DPS menu entry Engineer Call” revised to “Engineer Call / Duty Indication”.
Configuration
Added version number at page “MENU”.
Global Bug Fixes

AES
Active engineer call cannot cancelled for a faulty duty station. “Call from” indication at
VMP shows wrong characters. Change button “Set” to “Change” in channel details dialog.

Sometimes local time zone is not accepted if set manually in AES master.

AES/Duty
 The DUTY state of each AES device is stored remanent. After return from failure
or power down the original state is restored.
 For DUTY allocation it is no more necessary, that at least one full DUTY station is
On DUTY. In case no other full DUTY station is selected, after some minutes NO
DUTY alarm will rise up.
 DUTY can be transferred from ECR to bridge, when leaving the ECR.
 Configuration can predefine, if a station needs to acknowledge DUTY allocation.
 Configuration can predefine, if a station shall be silent on new normal alarms,
when the ECR is engaged.
 A interface structure is provided, from which the user code in the PLC can read
all information concerning the DUTY and CALL state of all AES devices, see below.
AES/VMP
 Login is provided. After login several settings are possible:
o In case the operator forgot his password, he can read a help text with a code,
that should be transferred to NORIS service. With this code the service can
determine the correct password.
o The operator can change his password.
o The remanent alarm printer puffer can be cleared.
o It is possible to set UTC date and UTC time and also the time zone.
o It is possible to parameterize channels all over the system including fading in
and out channels.
 After some minutes without operator action the login is reset.
 After some minutes without operator action open dialogs are closed.
 When clicking outside of an open dialog this dialog is closed and the desired action
is performed immediately
AES/VMP/Duty/Call
 Scrollbar inserted.
 Buttons inserted for page up and down.
 The button for calling an engineer now also shows the acknowledgement of the
called engineer.
 Stations with full and with restricted DUTY are shown differently. Full DUTY
stations ON DUTY have a thick green frame, restricted stations ON DUTY have a
thin green frame.

 Option ECR: 0 = false, 1 = true; The activation of this bit indicates, that this
device is mounted inside the Engine Control Room.
 Option SilentOnEcr: 0 = false, 1 = true; The activation of this bit indicates, that
this device is does not buzzer, i.e. is switched silent, if the Engine Control Room
is engaged e.g. is ON DUTY. This does not affect special Alarms like Dead Man,
NoDuty, Engineer Alarm.
 Option DutyHandshake: 0 = false, 1= true; If Duty is allocated to this device
by the Duty Master, then the operator has to accept the Duty allocation.
 Option DutyToBridge: 0 = false, 1 = true; Before Duty is removed from ECR,
the bridge has to accept DUTY.
