1 Templates in Base Project

1.1 Library

The following libraries are available for the use of the templates in the visualization:

 NAR_NoriVis_Mimic_Templates.library

 NAR_NoriVis_Dialog_Templates.library (a subordinate library from

NAR_NoriVis_Mimic_Templates)

 NAR_NoriVis_Symbol.library

In the Runtime of visualization Page „Settings“  „Update“ the version numer of library
are displayed.

1.2 Konfiguration ToolBox

The customer pages of a visualization are designed using by existing libraries.

In the "ProjectSection" area of the visualization, the required customer pages must be
created.

Open a new customer page and configure the ToolBox with button .
The following window will open.

1.3 Placing Templates und Settings

Place a template per drag and drop on the customer side.

NOTE Do not change the dimensions!

If necessary, please change all templates by the
same factor

A configuration dialog will open. The configuration dialog is different for the different
templates. It is described in further chapters in more detail.
A example for configuration is descriebed below. The properties can be defined in the
selected template. Under “References” the inputs are transferd to the template.

NOTE Unused channel inputs are defined with zero or no

entry!
Unused string inputs do not have to be filled in!

For example wNorisID and wNorisID_Average are channels from PLC.

The indicator “wNorisID…” indicates that a channel number (in example channel numbers
are 92 and 0) is expected.
If a zero or no entry is made, the visualization does not display the channel.
If zero or no entry the values, units and scale labels are displayed as a dashed line (see
picture).

Different views of the template can be set via the model code. It will only take effect
during runtime.
The model codes are displayed in the overview of the templates.

1.1 Configuration Conditions

Templates that indicates conditions with color areas, must be configured.

In the Configuration the condition from channel must be configured and sheet “VisCh”
must be fillled out for the color.
A different color can be selected for each condition.

1.2 Info Button

Most of the templates have an info button. When the button is touched with the mouse, a
tooltip with the NORIS-ID opens.
Templates “Status_01” and “Bargraph_02” do not have an info button. Here the tooltip
opens when the symbol is touched with the mouse.
In the example below you can see the template gauge with open tooltip (NORIS-ID =
90).

1.3 Color Defintion

The display of color is based on the basic colors red, green and blue plus the
transparency. The color value can be specified as a hexadecimal color definition in
red/green/blue portions in the RGB color space. In addition, one byte is reserved for the
degree of transparency.

16#TTRRGGBB

 TT: byte for the degree of transparency

 RR: byte for the red portion

 GG: byte for the green portion

 BB: byte for the blue portion

One byte is reserved for each color portion for 256 color steps from 16#FF to 16#00.
16#FF means 100% color portion, 16#00 means no color portion. The value for the
degree of transparency is 16#FF for fully opaque and 16#00 for transparent.

This Color table shows a set of color definitions partitioned after shades of the following
colors with rgb values and hex codes.

1.4 Template Style

Each template can changed with the following properties over basis project:

 Info button invisibility

1.4.1 Info Button Invisibility

The invisibility of info button can switched on/off on setting page.

Press the setting button

And select the “SETTING” page.

1.5 Access Rights

Assignment of visualisation elements for example “Button_01”:

 Click to the element

 Click in the Value field of the Access rights element property of a visualization element

Write outputs are only possible if remote activ and no errors detected. The output can be
controlled as a permanent signal or as a pulse, configured with “bConfigBit_5” (true =
puls function activ).
The following commands are available:

 bInCommand_On1 – Command “On1” – output “bOut_On1” switched on

 bInCommand_On2 – Command “On 2” - output “bOut_On1” switched on

 bInCommand_Off - Command “off” – output “bOut_Off” switched on and all other outputs
switch off
