Symptom
You are using the Enterprise Portal and want to make use of the Remote Support Service. In
order to get Remote Support a remote connection to SAP is needed. This note will help to
find further information on remote connectivity and required software.

SAProuter:
One prerequisite is the installation of the SAProuter software (note 30289).

NetMeeting:

pcAnywhere:

Windows Terminal Server (WTS) connection:

HTTP Connect - URL Access:
