OF INDIA
The Airports Authority of India, or AAI, is a Statutory body under
the ownership of the Ministry of Civil Avia on, Government of
India. It is responsible for crea ng, upgrading, maintaining, and
managing civil avia on infrastructure in India. It provides
Communica on Naviga on Surveillance/Air Traffic Management
(CNS/ATM) services over the Indian airspace and adjoining
oceanic areas. AAI currently manages a total of 137[2] airports,
including 34[2] interna onal airports, 10 Customs Airports, 81
domes c airports, and 23 Civil enclaves at Defence airfields. AAI
also has ground installa ons at all airports and 25 other loca ons
to ensure the safety of aircra opera ons.

AIRPORT INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The Airport Authority Information Management System (AIMS) Dashboard is a comprehensive
software platform designed to streamline and manage various aspects of airport operations and
management. It consists of several Applications that cater to different functionalities within the
aviation industry.

Login Page
The login page of AIMS - Airport Information Management System features a dynamic blue-themed
landing page. At the top right corner, there is a heading labelled "AIMS," and on the right side, you'll
find the login authentication section. Here, you need to log in using your credentials and select the
regional airport for your login.

Home Screen
After successfully logging in, you will land on the home screen of AIMS - Airport Information
Management System. On the left side, you'll see various modules listed:

2.5 GCD (Ground Control Dispatch) Report: Presents data on ground control and dispatch
activities, including aircraft movement coordination, gate assignments, and apron utilization. This
report supports smooth ground operations.

2.6 All Up Weight Report: Provides information on the weight of aircraft during takeoff, including
passengers, cargo, and fuel. This data is vital for performance evaluation and adherence to safety
standards.

2.7 Air Traffic Return Report: Summarizes air traffic movements, including departures and arrivals,
to provide an overview of the overall air traffic flow. It aids in assessing congestion and flight
scheduling.
AIMS For Avia on Safety
Aviation Safety: This refers to the set of activities, procedures, and practices that aim to minimize
the risks associated with aviation operations. It involves ensuring the safety of passengers, crew
members, and the general public by identifying and mitigating potential hazards and implementing
safety measures.
Accessing CHQ / RHQ - Consolidation:
Visit the CHQ / RHQ - Consolidation page.
Log in using appropriate credentials.
Reach the main reporting page.
Choose the desired reporting area, e.g., A.T.C.
Select specific reporting topics, such as Aircraft Incident and Accident.
Navigate to Incident Report and select the relevant region, e.g., Northern Region.
