c) Be at least IT (seventeen) years of age and 29 (twenty-llirle) years at most, as at l'c
Jdnuaïy 2023 (be born between O1/01/1994 and 01/01/2006) for the '’C” category and
17 and at most 34 years of age as at 1;t January 2023 (be born between OI/01/1989 and
01/01/2006) for the "A’' and "B" cafegories.

authorities, may benefit from an age-limit waiver for a maximum of 5 (five) ycars, over
the age linlit set abc>ve, in accordancc with the abo\'e'mentioned Order No. 040/PM of

2. Specific requirements:
For candidates for admission into the corps of Telecommunications Engineer, be hoïder
of d Diploma of Telecommunications Engineer or a recognized equivalent diploma issued
by a government ndtional institution of training or by a recognizcd foreign or international
institution of training approved by Prime Minister’s order.
For candidates for admission into the corps of Assistant Telecommunications Engineer,
be holder of a Diploma of Assistant Telecommunications Engineer or a recognized
equivalent diplonla issued by a governmcnt national institution of training or by a
recognized foreign or internacional institution of training approvcd by Prime Minister’s
order
For candidates for admission into the corps of Senior Telecommunications Technician,
be holcïer of a Diploma of Scïliur Teleconlmunications Tcchnician or a recognized
equivalent diplomd issued by d govcrnment national ilrsritution of training or by a
rccognizcd foreign or international inscitution of traiTrin,9 nppro\'ed by Prime Minister’s
order
For candidates for admission into the corps of Telecomnrunicdtions Technician, be

Article 3.- FILE COMPOSITION.
Application files can be submittcd online at the address:
concoursonline.minfopra.gov.cm or at the 10 (ten) Regional E)elegations of the Ministry of
the Ptlblic Service and Administrative Reform, right up till Friday 13 October 2023, final
deadline and shall comprise the follo\4'ing documents:
1. a registration form bearing a CFA 1500 francs fiscal stamp. The forms can be obtaincd from
the Ministry of the Public Service and Administrative Reform or at all Regional Delegations
of the Public Service or downlodcled at the following website adclress:
http://u-\vw.minfopra.gov.cm;
2. a certificd true copy of birth certificate signed by a comp :tcri §R§M4;ËÊT6i
3. a ccrtificate of non-conviction;

4. a certified true copy of the required certificate signed by a corïlpeLerll civil authority;
5. an attestation of presentation of original of the required certificdte signed by a competent
civil authority;
6. a medical certificate issued by a public sector medical officer;
7. a receipt attesting payment of registration fee of CFA 25 000 francs ( twenty five thousand)
for candidates in categories "A" and "B", and CFA 20 000 francs ( twenty thuusand) for
those in category "C'', issued by an EXPRESS UNION official at the place of submission
of the application files;
8. 2 (two) passport-size photographs;
9. an envelope bearing a CFA 1000 francs st,Imp and the candidate’s address.

Candidates who submit their application files online are exempted from the
mQdalities required for those who submit hard copies. However, the said hard
copies should be submitted absolutely at the Ministry of the Public Service and
Administrative -Reform once Llle candidates have been finally dcclarcd succebbful.
Candidates wishing to be assisted free of charge in the online registration process
can get into contact with the local branches of the National Youth Observatory
(ONJ) located within the Multipurpose Youth Empowerment Centres (CMPJ).
In the absence of candidates in a grade or quorum not met in the said grade, the
number of places reserved or remaining in that grade shall be reserved for the
candidates of the grade having registered the largest number of applications.
State employee candidates go\’erned by the Labour Code who meet the conditions
set out in Article 2 shall pro\Ide a copy of their contract or decision of
enrploynrent.
AII incomplete or late files or files containing documents signed by the police shali

8 A11 documents shouid be certified by a competent civil, municipal or legal
authorities and not more than 3 (three) months old.
Article 4.- SYLLABUS AND EXAMINATION TIMETABLE.
1. The sylïabtls for this compctiti\'c examination shaïl be those of the training institutions that
have issuecl the certificatc requirecl fc)r application.
