-when it comes to tourism industry the challenges are:

⚫ taxation, travel marketing, infrastructure issues, and security and cross border regulations. Too

many tourism destinations are not prepared for visitors. Tourists or travelers can at times deem

travel marketing to be exaggerated.

⚫ Labor and skills shortage has been identified as one of the challenges that are facing the

Tourism and hospitality industry.

-when it comes to hospitality industry the challenges are:

• One of the main issues facing the hotel industry is the evolution of visitor expectations. You’ve

seen that modern travelers want a lot more from hotels. Free WiFi, a media system, a distinctive

lodging experience, and quick check-in and check-out procedures. Additionally, a few more

guests should be expected during the current off-season.

Solutions and recommendations to the identified challenges in the tourism and hospitality

management.

 Proper care of floras and faunas.

 Encourage tourists to spread out around the city and even outside its borders by

recommending they explore lesser-known locations and less- touristy locales. Make sure

that tourism areas are pollution-free.
