Introduction:
The MCO 3 perspective provides additional information about the Hospitality Management
(HM) program. The goal of the project is to identify the kind of employment we might be
able to secure after completing our education. Making a plan will enable us to be prepared
for the kind of employment that will be provided.
Current Program of Study:
Hospitality Management is a program that prepares students for a career in the hospitality
industry, covering topics related to the operation and management of hotels, restaurants,
and other hospitality-related businesses.
The program may include courses in hospitality law, accounting, hotel operations, food and
beverage management, marketing, and customer service, as well as practical training
components such as internships or work experience placements. This allows students to
gain hands-on experience and develop the skills necessary to succeed in a hospitality-
related career.
The purpose of taking this program is to develop into a number of high-level roles as you
pursue a successful career. It includes a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on
experience, providing students with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this
industry. Students can choose to pursue a career in hotel management, manage a far-flung
resort, or operate a casino, and may even travel the world while earning a degree in
hospitality management.
Desired Jobs:

My desire jobs in the future are;

 Front Office Attendant the qualification of this job is should have formal qualifications
in office administration, secretarial work, or related training. More than two years of
experience in a similar position is required as well. A helpful qualification in this
position is being able to answer and screen calls alongside scheduling appointments.

Industry include dealing with customers and clients, planning and organizing events, and

Conclusion:
For me as a student of BSHM It is important to have a thorough understanding of the
hospitality industry and its various sectors, as well as the trends and challenges within the
industry. Hospitality Management programs can provide a strong foundation for a career in the
industry, but it is also important to gain practical experience through internships or work
experience placements. Additionally, it is important to pursue additional certifications or
specialized training to enhance skills and knowledge. Finally, it is important to stay current
with trends and developments by reading industry publications, attending conferences, and
participating in continuing education programs.
