authorise SBCSPL and its partners to propose my CV/ resume for the position of “Environmental Safeguard
Specialist” for the above-mentioned project. I, the undersigned with Mail Id: rahulkumar_env@rediffmail.com
here with confirm my exclusive availability to work with SBCSPL for the above-mentioned project as per
proposed deployment schedule of man-month (MM) for the position of “Environmental Safeguard Specialist” at
a Salary of One Lakh Forty Thousand CTC per month (Inclusive of all Taxes).

I am aware that if my CV is submitted by two or more firms in this assignment, zero marks shall be given for my
CV. I certify that I have not given consent to any consultant other than the above said applicant to propose my CV
for this assignment. I shall be available to join when the project is awarded to SBCSPL. The validity of the consent
is 4 months from the date of submission and can further be increased by mutual agreement.

I further truly certify the information in my CV as enclosed & further undertake that I shall be available to
work only with M/s Shree Bhawani Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd & its Partners for the above-mentioned
project.
