Sir/Madam,
Greetings!!
I hereby submit my visa application form duly filled and signed by me. I have been invited by my
brother Shashwat Dubey for attending his graduation ceremony on 14 th or 15th December 2023 at
Loughborough University, Leicestershire, UK after successful completion of his Master of Science
program recently. (Invitation letter enclosed and letter from university enclosed). I would like to
visit your esteemed country along with my Mother Rajyasri Dubey who is also willing to be a part
of this proud moment.
I am a business woman running food processing manufacturing unit “KMD Enterprise” duly
registered with Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (certificate of registration
enclosed) along with my mother in Delhi and have sufficient earnings from business and
investments.
I along with my mother would be visiting and staying from 8 th Dec 2023 to 20th Dec 2023 with my
uncle Mr. Anup Sengupta who is a British Citizen and working as Consultant at West Suffolk
Hospitals, Bury St Edmunds on his invitation for the same. (Invitation Letter and all relevant proof
enclosed).
Further please note that all the expenses for this trip shall be taken care jointly by us including
travelling, Flight tickets, transportation etc. (Financial Documents enclosed)
