Letter of application for permission

Dear Sir,
It is with much honor and respect that I present this letter of
application for permission. I wish to ask of your permission for a week off my
services to your institution sir, to allow me go for the funeral ceremony of my
deceased grandfather scheduled on the date of 18th October 2022 in Ndu
Subdivision of the Northwest region. Implying that sir, I will be absent between
the 15th to the 19th of October 2022 so I can be present to wish my beloved lost
grandfather an R.I.P.
I appreciate you greatly for your understanding sir, and will surely report back to
school as soon as I return.
