Mankind has gone through three scientific and technological revolutions, with the fourth ought to begin

(also known as the Industrial Revolution 4.0). Globalization forces businesses to reconsider and innovate
their production processes in the direction of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, which involves the
integration of tools such as artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing, and other technologies that
are connected globally via digital data transmission. In spite of being in the new revolution, Vietnam is
yet to exploit the gains of the second and notably the third revolution. During the COVID – 19 pandemic,
the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has been known more than ever.

Over the past decade, a set of disruptive technologies has been widely adopted to support innovation-
driven growth strategies. With the impact of Covid-19, most manufacturers consider the Industrial
Revolution 4.0 as a necessary element in their strategy to adapt to changes and better serve the
community. From the perspective of leading companies, technology groups and industry experts, the
Industrial Revolution 4.0 is helping to open up new advanced technologies to save labor, reduce
dependence on low-skilled labor,... The application of 3D printing and AI technology is also strongly
promoted by many businesses. Global demand for ventilators and personal protective equipment (PPE)
such as medical masks, respirators, plastic shields and gloves has grown exponentially as the number of
Covid-19 cases has skyrocketed in the early stages of the epidemic. Countries face shortages of critical
medical equipment and parts and components. Faced with the above situation, many countries focus on
3D printing and AI technology to fill the supply shortage. Artificial intelligence is never a replacement for
teachers as an educational tool, but rather a partner to them. As a computer, AI has the advantage of
being able to save large amounts of data and information. This advantage can track students'
performance, allowing teachers to better analyze students' educational development, as well as provide
extra attention if necessary. Exposing youngsters to advanced technology like artificial intelligence can
help them grow into future leaders who can make better decisions.

In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the geographical distance is minimized. That means that
the relationship between people and people is expanded. Communities, peoples, cultures come closer
together. In each community, the culture and lifestyle of individuals are also influenced and influenced
by each other. This interweaving directly contributes to the promotion of cultural diversity, but also
gives rise to a situation of cultural hybridization that makes the protection of identity in cultural diversity
a difficult task for all countries. In the past, Vietnamese people's communication and behavior were
mainly through direct methods and in favor of tact, discipline, even formality, and fussiness, but now,
with a fast pace and pace of life. Moreover, people can communicate in many ways through the
internet, such as zalo, viber, skype, instagram, facebook... These technological achievements make
people less cumbersome and communicate , react faster but at the same time inevitably more
superficial.
Nhân loại đã trải qua 3 cuộc cách mạng khoa học và kỹ thuật và hiện nay đang trong thời đại cuộc cách
mạng khoa học công nghệ lần thứ 4 (còn gọi là Cách mạng công nghiệp 4.0 - CMCN 4.0). Toàn cầu hóa
trong thời đại hiện nay buộc các công ty phải xem xét lại và đổi mới quy trình sản xuất theo hướng
CMCN 4.0. Công nghiệp 4.0 thể hiện bằng việc tích hợp các công cụ như trí tuệ nhân tạo, dữ liệu lớn,
điện toán đám mây … hiện được kết nối toàn cầu bằng cách truyền dữ liệu kỹ thuật số.

Trong thập kỷ qua, một loạt các công nghệ đột phá đã được áp dụng rộng rãi để hỗ trợ các chiến lược
tăng trưởng theo định hướng đổi mới. Với tác động của Covid-19, hầu hết các nhà sản xuất coi Công
nghiệp 4.0 là yếu tố cần thiết trong chiến lược của họ để thích ứng với những thay đổi và phục vụ cộng
đồng tốt hơn. Theo quan điểm của các công ty, tập đoàn công nghệ và các chuyên gia hàng đầu trong
ngành, Công nghiệp 4.0 đang giúp mở ra các công nghệ tiên tiến mới nhằm tiết kiệm lao động, giảm sự
phụ thuộc vào lao động trình độ thấp và hạ giá thành sản xuất.

Việc ứng dụng công nghệ in 3D, AI cũng được nhiều doanh nghiệp đẩy mạnh. Nhu cầu toàn cầu về máy
thở và thiết bị y tế cá nhân (PPE) như khẩu trang y tế, mặt nạ phòng độc, khiên nhựa và găng tay đã tăng
theo cấp số nhân khi số ca mắc Covid-19 tăng vọt. trong giai đoạn đầu của vụ dịch. Các quốc gia phải đối
mặt với tình trạng thiếu thiết bị y tế quan trọng và các bộ phận, linh kiện. Trước thực trạng trên, nhiều
quốc gia tập trung vào công nghệ in 3D và AI để lấp đầy nguồn cung thiếu hụt.

Trong kỷ nguyên của cuộc cách mạng công nghiệp lần thứ tư , khoảng cách được giảm thiểu. Điều này
có nghĩa là mối quan hệ giữa con người với con người được mở rộng. Các cộng đồng, các dân tộc, các
nền văn hóa xích lại gần nhau hơn. Trong mỗi cộng đồng, văn hóa, lối sống của các cá nhân cũng chịu
tác động, ảnh hưởng lẫn nhau. Sự đan xen này trực tiếp góp phần thúc đẩy sự đa dạng văn hóa, nhưng
cũng làm phát sinh tình trạng văn hóa lai căng khiến việc bảo vệ bản sắc trong đa dạng văn hóa trở
thành nhiệm vụ không dễ dàng của mọi quốc gia. Giao tiếp, ứng xử của con người Việt Nam trước đây
chủ yếu qua phương thức trực tiếp và thiên về sự tế nhị, theo khuôn phép, thậm chí còn nghi thức, cầu
kỳ, nhưng nay, với tốc độ, nhịp độ sống nhanh hơn, con người có thể thực hiện giao tiếp bằng nhiều
cách thông qua mạng internet, như zalo, viber, skype, instagram, facebook... Các thành tựu công nghệ
này khiến con người bỏ bớt đi những sự rườm rà và giao tiếp, ứng xử nhanh hơn nhưng đồng thời cũng
không tránh khỏi hời hợt hơn.
