The 21st century learning is the gathering of knowledge, digital literacy, skills, cooperation,
communication, and critical and creative thinking that will help students succeed in the modern
workplace. So, in order to learn in the 21st century, students must grasp the subject matter while
generating, synthesizing, and evaluating data from a wide range of subjects and sources with an
awareness of and respect for different cultures. There are several ways that technology tools
enhance cooperation and collaboration such as using educational platforms. An example of this
educational platform is Web-quest that promotes collaborative learning by allowing students to
participate and share their ideas in a particular discussion or topic in a meaningful and entertaining
way, because this Web-quest involves a game-type of learning wherein students will learn actively
and enjoying the learning process with other students at the same time.
Indeed, a technological tool can improve cooperation and collaboration among its users.
The students can work together on almost anything at any time as long as they have access to the
right tools and an Internet connection. Technology, for instance, can enhance record keeping,
enabling teachers to more effectively assess student performance and pinpoint skills that can be
developed via deliberate practice. These are helpful to us as future educators in terms of classroom
management. Through the use of technology, educators and students can access a variety of
educational resources that promote teamwork, communication, creativity, and critical thinking.
Furthermore, it fosters engagement and the advancement of digital literacy abilities.
