• Add, remove or modify line items if required.
• Replicate this workbook for every business unit and function.
Enter Information
• Enter the name of your business unit or function and the number of activities, including innovative project(s) for each business unit or function (you can estimate costs for up to 20 activities).
• List the activities of the business unit or function using the Activity Screening Tool (Task 3.2) from the accompanying Gartner Ignition Guide.
• List the innovative project(s) of each business unit and function using the Activity Catalog Template (Task 3.1) from the accompanying Gartner Ignition Guide.
• Estimate the yearly cost of each line item listed in the table below.
• Refer to the text boxes on the right for guidance on data sources.
• Click the Next button to view the summary of the budget.
