1. What is your understanding about marketing? What do you think it is all about?
- Our understanding of marketing is that it has something to do with
business; it is all about how you advertise a specific product to every
consumer who can benefit from it.

2. What do you think is the essence of marketing to every business?


- Every business understands the importance of marketing because, without
effective marketing, businesses cannot introduce their products to the
market. Any product can increase its sales with the help of an effective
marketing plan. A well-stabilized marketing strategy can contribute to the
growth of any product in the market and as well to the company's success.

3. Do you think Marketing is all about selling?


- No, because marketing is the overall strategy in fulfilling the needs of
every customer as we’ve said in no. 2. But in selling it is how you sell or the
way you communicate to the customers to buy a specific product that you
are selling, and it is not all about how you sell your product but how you
deal with the customers that benefit from your product.
4. What do you think are the challenges that a marketer face nowadays?
- We think one of the most challenges nowadays is competition. Well, in
fact, this challenge was present ever since. Together with the growth of
different marketing strategies, competition also became very competitive.
Every day, more and more businesses migrate to the digital realm. Even
though there are numerous opportunities in this space, capturing the
attention of your target audience is only going to become more difficult.

5. Why is marketing as important for not-for-profit organizations as profit-driven


ones?
- Marketing can be used in a variety of ways; it's not only about introducing
a product to a market. Marketing is another strategy that non-profit
organizations can use to inform the public about their causes. Marketing
for non-profit organizations works similarly to persuasive speech in that it
persuades the audience to act in a certain way. An effective marketing
strategy can help a not-for-profit organization as it may encourage people
to give donations to the organization.
