Day 1.

Airport – Kumai – Tanjung Harapan – Proboscis Monkey – Boat

We will pick you up at the airport as soon as you arrive. Then we will take you to Kumai,
where the boat and crews are waiting. It takes 20 minutes only. Going into the boat and then the
tour is started. We will go along the Seikonyer River. It takes 2 hours to reach the first station of
Tanjung Putting area. Along the way, we will see some animals such as proboscis monkeys,
long tail monkey, birds, and if we are lucky, we will see wild orangutan. The cook will serve local
food for lunch on the way. After passing 2 hours, we arrive in the first station, TANJUNG
HARAPAN. We will walk into the forest and then see orangutan feeding at 3 p.m. After seeing
orangutan feeding, we will go back to the boat and continue the trip to see Begantan (long nose
monkey) along the river. And then we will find the comfort place to stop the boat for having
candle light dinner and stay overnight.
Day 2. Boat – Pondok Tanggui – Camp Leakey – Boat
After morning breakfast on the boat, we will continue the trip to the second station,
PONDOK TANGGUI. Here, we will see orangutan feeding again at 9 a.m. It is not too far from
the boat park. After seeing orangutan feeding, we go back to the boat and continue to CAMP
LEAKEY, the first station. Lunch will be served on the way while seeing some animals on the
first day, and if we are lucky, we will see crocodile. Arriving at CAMP LEAKEY, we will go
directly to information center. After that we walk into the forest to see orangutan feeding again at
2 p.m. After seeing orangutan feeding, we go back to the boat to take a rest, having shower,
and then candle light dinner. And then for staying overnight, it depends on the return flight. If it is
in the morning, we will boating down to nipah (a place where there are so many colonies of
fireflies such as Christmas tree) and then stay overnight there. But if the flight is in the
afternoon, we will stay overnight in CAMP LEAKEY or PONDOK AMBUNG (a place where we
can do night walk).
Day 3. Boat – Kumai – Airport
After morning breakfast on the boat, we will continue the trip to Kumai, and then go
directly to the airport by car. We will drop you at the airport at check in time. TOUR END and
HAVE A SAFE FLIGHT! GBU

NOTE:
Night walk can be done if you want to do it.
If your return flight is in the afternoon, we will take you for doing city tour first.
