- All payments, including delivery and other charges, must only be settled in our "TKL Steel Corp." account
- All items, except for stainless and made to order, as long as in good condition, can be returned within 30 days from the invoiced date.
- Free delivery within Metro Manila for orders of Php 120,000 and up (maximum length: 6 m)
- For outside Metro Manila minimum order for delivery is Php 80,000.00 subject to delivery charge.
- Items will only be delivered on the ground floor of the location that our trucks can safely access.
- Gate pass, permits, pier expense, escort fees, rapid test, swab test, and other medical certificate required by the customer will be charged.
- All night deliveries (6 pm onwards) will be subject to delivery charge.
