Lee Hyori’s potato pancakes

Ingredients (for about 8 potatoes pancakes):

2 medium potatoes (12 oz)


¼ tsp salt
Some oil for frying

Methods:

1. Peel the potatoes’ skin off.


2. Chopped them into cubes (to grind them smoothly)
3. Grind the potatoes smoothly into fine paste.
4. Drain the potato paste with sieve to separate the liquid from
the paste.
5. Set aside the liquid for about 15 minutes to make sure the
potato starch ‘mendap’ on the bottom of the bowl.
6. Wrap the bowl of the potato paste with plastic wrapper. Set
aside together with the potato liquid.
7. After 15 minutes, the potato starches will ‘mendap’ at the
bottom of the bowl. Separate the liquid from the potato
starch.
8. Mix the potato starch into the potato paste.
9. Add ¼ tsp salt into the mixture and mix well.
10. Heat the pan with generous amount of oil.
11. Add a generous amount of the mixture into the heated pan.
Cook until brown on each side. Enjoy 

MAKES: 6 servings

Ingredients
 3 tablespoons shortening
 1/3 cup sugar

 1 egg

 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

 1/4 teaspoon salt

 3 tablespoons 2% milk

 2/3 cup prepared vanilla pudding

 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

198 mg sodium, 35 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 4 g protein.

Directions
1. In a small bowl, cream shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in
egg. Beat in vanilla.
2. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; add to the creamed mixture
alternately with milk, beating well after each addition.

3. Filled paper-lined muffin cups half full. Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or
until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.

4. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool
completely.

5. Cut a small hole in the corner of a pastry or plastic bag; insert a small tip.
Fill with pudding. Push the tip through the top to fill each cupcake.
6. Place chocolate chips in a small bowl. In a small saucepan, bring cream just
to a boil. Pour over chocolate; whisk until smooth. Cool, stirring occasionally,
to room temperature or until ganache thickens slightly, about 10 minutes.

7. Spoon over cupcakes. Let stand until set. Store in an airtight container in
the refrigerator. Yield: 1/2 dozen.

Resepi Ayam Goreng Madu Pedas


Bahan-bahan

1/2 ekor ayam-potong ikut selera anda


1 inci kunyit-dikisar
1 inci halia-dikisar
4 biji bawang merah-dikisar
4 ulas bawang putih-dikisar
1 batang serai-dikisar
3 sudu besar serbuk cili
3 sudu besar kicap manis
4 sudu besar madu

Cara-cara

1. Perapkan ayam dengan kunyit,halia,bawang merah dan putih, serai,


serbuk cili, madu dan kicap manis.
2. perap selama 1-2 jam(lagi lama lagi rasa meresap)

3. gorengkan sehingga ayam masak(dengan api perlahan)

4. angkat dan gaulkan dengan madu lagi untuk kelihatan berkilat dan madu
yang lebih terasa

5. siap dihidang
Homestyle Mac and Cheese
Serves 4-5

Ingredients:
 8 ounces small pasta shells 3 tablespoons butter
 3 large eggs
 1 cup evaporated milk
 3 cups grated cheddar cheese. You can use 2 - 2 1/2 cups if you don't
mind being called a sissy.
 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions:
1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil; add the pasta and cook until al
dente. Reserve a little bit of the water, drain the pasta, add the butter and
mix until the macs are all buttery.
2. Whisk the eggs, evaporated milk, cheese, cayenne, and 1/2 teaspoon salt
in a large saucepan over medium heat. Whisk until the cheese melts and the
sauce thickens. Add the pasta and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring
frequently. If the sauce gets a little too thick, add some of your reserved
pasta water and mix.
