Key tasks/responsibilities:
Identifying and solving problems that arise with computer LAN networks and
systems
Consulting with internal users to determine system requirements
Preparation and planning of equipment and assembly costs
Integration of new spaces of the call center and shops
Maintaining and upgrading existing software and hardware
Monitoring computer networks and systems to determine how performance can
be improved
Work with IT support staff and other departments to define the architecture and
technical solution of the computer network
Providing network administration and support

What we expect/qualifications:
SSS/VSS
Expressed communication and organizational skills
Propensity for teamwork
Responsibility, goal orientation and entrepreneurship in the execution of work
tasks
Advanced experience in the field of network technologies:
L2 Switching
Wi-Fi
Firewall systems
(IPSec tunneling)
Basic experience and knowledge in the field of routing, switching, firewall, wifi
Cisco Catalyst (IOS)
Cisco Wireless Controllers
Fortinet firewall systems
IT skills, advanced knowledge of IT tools and their use
Scripting (powershell)
