equipment delivery on time for the installation.

applications.
Coordinating with stakeholders & Project team for the implementation of all IT
equipment before the store opening period.
Receive IT service calls from End users which is logged in the ticketing system
(Manage engine Service Desk) and Resolve the tickets assigned to me.
Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications like
Antivirus, Office 2013/2016/ Office 365
Server Setup & Server Maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operation.
Provided computer Help desk support via telephone communications and email
with end users.
Handling End users requests and obtaining necessary approvals before
proceeding. Working along with L2- L3 team to ensure the proper Action.
POS Application support, Team Member in a 24/7 IT Support Team.(Level 1)
Provided support via helpdesk tool to all Landmark UAE 345+ stores.
Provided IT Support for Annual as well as Perpetual stock count for Landmark
stores.
Troubleshooting and resolving end user's issues by connecting to user pc & laptop
remotely using Citrix Application.
