Receive IT service calls from End users which is logged in the ticketing system
(Manage engine Service Desk) and Resolve the tickets assigned to me.
Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications like
Antivirus, Office 2013/2016/ Office 365
Server Setup & Server Maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operation.

Provided computer Help desk support via telephone communications and email
with end users.
Handling End users requests and obtaining necessary approvals before
proceeding. Working along with L2- L3 team to ensure the proper Action.
POS Application support, Team Member in a 24/7 IT Support Team.(Level 1)
Provided support via helpdesk tool to all Landmark UAE 345+ stores.
