Here, we can start with Ice Cream demand and flow towards Polar bear in particular

We can focus on the points they stated on how focused they are on expanding in south India
and those related points
Marketing mix:
4 P’s of marketing, how efficiently they are utilising it. For example, how strategically they
are placing all the outlets considering the cost of establishment, centre of city and so on
Customer value, satisfaction, exchanges and relationship:
We will explain what are these and then how polar bear perceives and what it does in order to
maintain these aspects
Value proposition of Polar Bear:
A value proposition in marketing is a concise statement of the benefits that a
company is delivering to customers who buy its products or services. What value polar bera
intends to create and what it has actually created

Marketing orientation prioritises customer, their needs and wants and also their change in
preferences and customizing their products accordingly. We should state all those flavours
customized to suite South Indians taste and preferences

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
What they do to maintain positive CRM. How the customers actually feel, This has to based
on the interactions we have made with the customers. And comment on actually if it is
working
Suggestion to increase customer lifetime, loyalty and engagement:
Research process, experience and output:
This can be totally narrative based on what you guys did during the outlets visits, how they
were and also about the interactions with founder. Make sure you emphasise only on the
positive aspects.
