Introduction

Objectives

This concept paper centers on installing cameras around Orchard Elementary School to improve

student well-being. The escalating instances of reducing bullying, raising mortality rates on a

daily basis, particularly in the vicinity of the school, highlight the vulnerability due to inadeaute

attention, leading to compromised school safety.
