Questions and Critiques
1. is CNC enough?
a. As not everyone within Canada has an accessible CNC
located near them
2. Is everyone aware of CNC? How can we make CNC more
familiar to newcomer families?
3. Childcare must stop once families receive their citizenship
although families may still need this support; What support
can they receive once they become a citizen?
4. this framework was re-evaluated and updated in 2016; as the
population continues to rise and develop, is this framework still
reflecting best practices for families?

Discussion
Question
In relation to working with newcomer
children and as we have all
experienced working within a child care
centre;
Do you believe children receiving
CNC care will be more beneficial
than those in CCEYA child care
centres. Why or Why not?

(based off what you have learned

about CNC)
Thanks!
Do you have any questions?
