This notice is to advise you that the Carrier has assigned all current and future accounts to Thunder Carrier Services,
LLC dba Thunder Funding (“TF”). To the extent that you are now indebted or in the future may become indebted to the
Carrier on an account, payment thereof must be made payable to TF and not to the Carrier or any other entity. The
payments should be mailed to TF as follows:

Please disregard any attempt by the Carrier or other party to rescind this letter, citing that the letter was sent in error,
that the Carrier has terminated its relationship, or any other reason presented. Only TF may terminate this Notice of
Assignment.

Please report or contact TF regarding any claims, offsets, disputes, adjustments, discrepancies, or questions pertaining
or applicable to the existing account receivables with the Carrier or if any should arise in the future. Such information
should be reported in writing to TF or by calling 1-800-240-4140.
