Nate Hovest was a career mentorship student at Hilliard Davidson High School, and I had the
distinguished pleasure of having him shadow myself and those within our organization at FST
Logistics over the course of several weeks. During his time with us, Nate was exposed to those
working the day-to-day functions up to those in our V-Suite.

Nate demonstrated great maturity and made the most of his opportunity. He was punctual,
outgoing, and willing to ask questions to make sure he understood what our business goals
were. Nate took the initiative to step out of his comfort zone and work hand in hand with our
associates and took on their tasks with their direction. I was impressed with his limited
knowledge of our industry when he came in, to what he was able to comprehend from our
conversations, shadowing, and doing his own studies to really having a good knowledge of how
we operate.

I was so impressed with his professionalism and worth ethic that we are open to having Nate
come back and continue his mentorship responsibilities with us should he choose to. We are
also, leaving the opportunity open for him to take advantage of our internship program in the
future as well. I feel that Nate would be a great fit for any organization that is looking to help a
young professional develop into a certain career field or take his first step into the workforce.
