Thank you for the allowing me the opportunity to meet with you and your company. I have been informed
and am interested in applying for a Project Manager position on your team. I am currently a freshman and
Brigham Young University Idaho studying food nutrition and wellness studies.

Wachter Inc is an amazing company that I have enjoyed working for in the past. The company does an
amazing job of teaching their employees and being understanding of the learning curve that presents
itself to new employees upon arriving at Wachter. The leadership and the company goals pus Wachter
employees to do their best every day and provide exceptional service to our customers. Not only does
Wachter strive to assist its employees in the office, but they also care about the welfare of their
technicians out in the field. While working at Wachter as an intern, I was able to see the relationships that
are built with our Wachter technicians that continue to grow Wachter’s reputations with customers and
potential customers. Because of the experience I have received from previously working at Wachter, I
have the learned the importance of building a trust between a project manager and the technician
working with them on a project. I have learned leadership skills that have not only benefit me in the work
place but that have played valuable lesson in life as well. As a very detailed person, I understand that
details are very important as a project manager as well as paying attention to the welfare of one’s team
and the employees they work with. From my experience as an intern, I have learned important
communication skills and interpersonal skills that will contribute to the work that Wachter is already
achieving as one of the largest networking companies in the United states.
