Crox RPO Proposes Dedicated Resource Model

Crox RPO LLC agrees to provide a dedicated recruiter or team of recruiters, who will be providing
dedicated services to Solvo Global

You would be needing a team of 5 people to cater you your requirement at the rate of $700
per resource.

If you wish to go for only recruiter then it will be $800 per resource.

1. Service Offered

Service Provider will offer the Client a dedicated resource to address

recruitment/placement.

a. Title of Dedicated Resource - Resource

b. Job Description
The Primary Responsibilities of the Dedicated Resource will include but will not be
limited to:
i. Identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies, and search
assignments.
ii. Daily & weekly activity report to be submitted directly at the end of the day/
week and sent it to Solvo Global.
iii. Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified
leaders
iv. Create and foster relationships with various professional organizations to attract
and recruit best candidates.
v. Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and
knowledge in relation to position requirements.
vi. Pre-screen candidates. Create and present pre-screening questions to hiring
managers for collaboration and approval.

vii. Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the
company and position.
viii. Develops ongoing creative, cost effective sourcing strategies to be competitive
in state of the Art recruiting practices.
c. Statement of Work:
• Crox RPO LLC will identify a "Resource" to service the sourcing needs of
Solvo Global.
• The "Resource":
o Will have a informal chat with Solvo Global representative, before
starting the sourcing engagement.
o Upon confirmation, "Resource" will be solely commissioned for
servicing the needs of Solvo Global
o The "Resource" will forward the resumes to the named Solvo
Global representative on a daily basis.
• The "Resource" will ensure that:
o Every consultant resume forwarded to Solvo Global, has a
minimum acceptable level of communication skills.
o The consultant resume forwarded is available (at least for 3
business days) from the date of submission.
o Solvo Global representative will do a weekly review of
submissions with Crox RPO LLC.

d. Reporting Relationship: This position will report to Solvo Global.

e. Prompt Communication: Client will contact resource directly via Phone or Email
during business hours
f. Hours of Operation: Resource will perform services for eight hours a day and five
days a week. The hours of operation will be from negotiated between the resource and
Client
However, we observe below holidays on which Crox RPO will not be operational.
• New Year - 1st January 2019

• Memorial Day - Last Monday of May 2019

• Independence Day - 4th July 2019
• Labor day: 1st Monday of September 2019
• Thanksgiving – Thursday and Friday
• Christmas- 25th December 2019
• Festival of Lights (Diwali): Indian Holiday
• Festival of Colors (Holi): Indian Holiday
