EXPATRIATE EMERGENCY MUSTER PLAN

In the event of an incident where it is considered necessary to muster Tripatra – Fluor expatriate staff, the following will apply.
When the call to muster is made, the person making the call shall contact the person responsible for each group of personnel. These group asignments are as per the following contact tree.
Individual group leaders shall then contact each of their group members and request they proceed to their designated muster point.
The top person in the main contact box, shall be the designated initial contact person in the event of the Group Leader being off site. Eg, for HES, Travis Osborne when Brendan Craker is off site.
The designated initial contact person shall assume the duites of the Group Leader.
Upon arrival at the designated muster point, the group leaders shall perform a head count and advise the Project or HES Managers of the accountability of the personnel assigned to their group.
It is the responsibility of the individual expatriate personnel who have family members visiting or staying on the project, to advise or transport their family members as required.
